Great location! Only a few steps away from the metro station and plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and able to accommodate our large group comfortably. It was great to have free Wi-Fi included and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room itself was subpar. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned.

WONDERFUL HOTEL, GREAT HOSTESS VERY FRIENDLY AND SO NICE CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME THOU BUT SHE WAS GREAT, TOOK OUR GRANDCHILDREN AND THEY REALLY LIKED HER! BEST EVER!

The location of Guest House Maria was excellent, with the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station just a short walk away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and return to the comfort of the guest house when needed. There were also shops and cafes nearby, making it convenient for getting aperitivo or a quick bite to eat. The value for money was great, especially for my family of four. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. I would definitely stay here again.
The walls were a bit thin, which could be an issue for light sleepers. However, after a day of exploring Rome, I was so tired that it didn't bother me much.

The hotel is located near several tourist spots and transportation methods, making it easy to explore the city. the room is spacious and provides excellent Netflix entertainment. the staff is helpful and accommodating, providing pickup services from the airport and food recommendations.
The kitchen facilities were not as well-equipped as advertised, making it difficult to prepare meals.

We loved the hotel's convenient location close to transportation and major tourist attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and great facilities. The breakfast provided by the staff was outstanding. The staff members went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide us with recommendations.

The hotel's location was the best feature. Its close proximity to a metro station and bus stop made it easy to explore the city. the rooms were comfortable and well-suited for large groups. The airport pick-up service was also very convenient.
The staff could have been more attentive to guests' needs. We experienced some miscommunication regarding check-in and payment, which caused confusion and frustration.
